Do Users need to have a DeepCloud account to view the shared document?
Yes, the Users need an account to access the Private Box. After registering, users can use these credentials to access any documents shared in the future.

Which email address is used in Abacus for sending the document?
The E-Mail address is taken from the employee master data (“Personalstamm”) that has been defined as standard (under communication data).

How long are the documents available in the Private Box ?
As long as the documents are not deleted, the documents will always be available for review and redownload.
