By adopting DeepSign, they are simplifying complex workflows, reducing paperwork, and enhancing the security level of their operations.

For example, the City of Basel is using our e-signatures to set up a system where residence confirmations are digitally signed on iPads, stored in an unalterable format, and made available to residents digitally.

The City of Zurich is also integrating DeepSign into its systems to convert official documents into digitally signed PDFs using eSeals and eSignatures.

Meanwhile, Illnau-Effretikon has already implemented our solution to streamline council resolutions, work contracts, and submission decisions—tasks that required multiple manual signatures and physical mails in the past.
