DeepSign Desk: bridging the gap between handwritten signatures and digital workflows

The iPad app DeepSign Desk enables simple, seamless signature processes right at the counter—ideal for public administrations and organisations with customer interaction

With DeepSign Desk, we’ve created a streamlined solution specifically designed for use at customer service counters. The app allows documents to be signed directly on-site using a visual signature on the iPad—without any media disruption. Documents can be transferred seamlessly from DeepSign or third-party applications to the tablet. Users are guided intuitively through the signing process, can view the document before and after signing, and sign multiple documents in sequence. Once the process is complete, the app automatically switches to standby mode.

DeepSign Desk is primarily used by organisations with in-person customer contact at service counters. Since August, for example, the residents’ services of the Canton of Basel-Stadt are using the solution in live operation. The application streamlines counter service and saves time for both staff and citizens.
