Already reality today: AI in action at DeepCloud

• One example is our new AI chatbot, directly integrated into DeepServices and our support website. It answers questions in real time, provides step-by-step guidance, and helps with configurations – all without lengthy searching or waiting times.
• Our AI expertise is also already evident in DeepO. Thanks to intelligent recognition, receipts and documents are automatically classified, checked and prepared for further processing. This not only saves time but also reduces errors and creates clear processes in everyday office work.

Looking ahead: AI taking on even more tasks

Some of our current projects:

• Automation of routine processes
  Tasks that still consume time today will be handled by AI in future – reliably, quickly and error-free. Incoming invoices, for example, will be checked, booked and prepared for payment automatically, without staff needing to verify every single item. This leaves more time for higher-value tasks.
• More natural interactions
  Using software will become simpler and more intuitive. Instead of navigating complex menus, soon a short voice command – even in Swiss German – will be enough. Your applications will understand you the way you speak every day.
• Intent recognition
  AI will recognise your intent, often after only a few hints. It will proactively suggest next steps. For instance: if you upload a reminder notice, the AI immediately understands the context, checks outstanding items, compares payment details and prepares the transfer. All you need to do is confirm with a single click.
• Ongoing development in DeepO
  We are continuously improving our existing products. In DeepO, for example, we are enhancing document recognition so that receipts are processed even faster, more accurately and more reliably.
