DeepCloud, the spinoff of Abacus, is taking off: over 1 million documents processed through its AI.
7 August 2023
The Swiss technology company DeepCloud introduces DeepValidator, an online service that verifies not only the validity of digital signatures and seals, but also whether the signer is legally authorised to represent an organisation
WITTENBACH, SWITZERLAND
Digital signatures are now standard in business and public administration, yet verifying a signer’s authority often remains difficult. DeepValidator combines signature validation with real-time authority checks, based on official data from the Swiss commercial register.
“DeepValidator ensures that a document is not only signed, but signed by a person with the proper authority,” says Andrea Bogoni, Chief Marketing Officer at DeepCloud. “This is particularly relevant for contracts, powers of attorney and management-level decisions.”
Compliance and integration
DeepValidator complies with the Swiss ZertES and EU eIDAS standards for qualified electronic signatures and seals. It is designed for organisations that manage digital documents requiring legal validity. The service supports signatures and seals from all providers, and integrates into existing ERP systems, approval workflows and legal platforms. An API for automated integration will be available soon.
Data protection and availability
All documents are encrypted during transmission and automatically deleted after verification. DeepValidator runs exclusively on secure servers in Switzerland and complies with both Swiss and EU data protection regulations.
The service is available online and can be used free of charge at: www.deepvalidator.swiss
