Information security is not just a buzzword for us – it is a core part of our company philosophy. That’s why we decided early on to have our processes and systems certified according to international standards

In 2021, DeepCloud was first certified according to ISO 27001:2013 for the cloud hosting and operation of DeepCloud Services. This certification confirms that we have implemented a structured Information Security Management System (ISMS) to reliably protect data.
In the years that followed, we conducted annual surveillance audits. These audits ensure that the high requirements of the standard are not only met once but maintained over time. In this way, we have continuously developed our ISMS and adapted it to new challenges.
Re-certification According to ISO 27001:2022

A year after re-certification, a two-day surveillance audit was recently conducted. Among other things, the following areas were examined:
Added Value for Our Customers
The ISO certification provides significant benefits not only for us but especially for our customers:
With ISO 27001 certification and regular audits, we send a clear message: for DeepCloud, information security is not a one-off project but an ongoing process – ensuring the security of our systems and the trust of our customers.
In addition to ISO certification, DeepCloud also complies with ETSI standards and is certified under both ZertES and eIDAS.
