For the Women’s Euro 2025 in St.Gallen, FC St.Gallen Event AG coordinated more than 220 volunteers, each of whom was required to complete and sign a consent form prior to the event. To streamline this process, the organising team turned to DeepSign’s Form Filling feature. 

This feature allows signers to fill out any type of field in a PDF document – such as text boxes, checkboxes, radio button or drop-down lists – directly in DeepSign. Once the form is filled, it is ready to be signed in one smooth, uninterrupted flow.

The result for FC St.Gallen Event AG and the volunteers: a fully digital, legally compliant solution that allowed forms to be sent, completed, and signed with just a few clicks – no printing, scanning, or manual follow-up required.
