Your new AI assistant has arrived. It simplifies your work with instant help and step-by-step guidance directly within your DeepServices and the DeepCloud support website
We continue to develop our products with a clear goal in mind: making them easier and more efficient for you to use. From now on, DeepServices as well as our support website include a powerful new feature: an AI-powered chatbot.
What can the AI chatbot do?
The virtual assistant provides intelligent answers to practical questions, supports you with functional details, configuration help and step-by-step instructions for using our products. All of this is available without interruptions and without leaving your working environment.
Where can I find the AI chatbot?
You can access the AI chatbot directly within the product interface: simply click on the small question mark icon in the top menu next to your profile button. The chatbot will then open and be available to assist you whenever a question arises.
When you visit our support website, a star symbol will appear in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, allowing you to chat directly with our virtual assistant.
Practical in use
Instead of searching among different articles and web pages, simply ask the chatbot – for example: “How can I verify my account?” The chatbot will immediately suggest possible solutions. With the new AI chatbots, we aim to provide you with quicker answers and more convenient support in your daily tasks.
