Previously, a reminder email was sent to signatories by default after seven days. Organisations can now centrally define the reminder intervals for all signature processes initiated in the DeepSign Cockpit. To ensure that this function is also supported in future for signature processes originating from third-party applications, the necessary adjustments will be implemented by the integration partners over the coming months. The intervals can be set flexibly as follows:

• No reminder
• Every 3 days
• Every 7 days
• Every two weeks

This gives organisations full control over their signature workflows and ensures an efficient, well-structured process, without the need for manual follow-ups.
