BiPreviously, a reminder email was sent to signatories by default after seven days. Organisations can now define reminder intervals centrally for all signature processes. The intervals can be set flexibly as follows:

• No reminder
• Every 3 days
• Every 7 days
• Every two weeks

This gives organisations full control over their signature workflows and ensures an efficient, well-structured process, without the need for manual follow-ups.
