Where do I find a detailed pricing overview of the individual DeepCloud products?
A complete and transparent pricing overview, including features, is available on the respective product pages. There, you can see which features are included in each package, what additional options are available, and whether pay-per-use models are offered.
How does billing work? What payment methods do you accept?
By default, billing is handled via credit card. Starting from the “Compact” plan, payment by invoice is also available. You can select your preferred payment method independently in DeepAdmin.
Do you offer a free trial or a free plan?
Yes, there is a Free plan available for up to 3 users. It includes 1 GB of storage in DeepBox and 5 free electronic signatures (EES) via DeepSign. Additional signatures can be added flexibly using a pay-per-use model.
You can upgrade to a paid plan with more features at any time.
Are paid DeepCloud plans renewed automatically?
Yes, subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each month.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Yes, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the month.
How can I estimate my monthly cost if I am interested in a few DeepCloud products?

Can I change my plan later, i.e. upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, you can flexibly adjust your subscription at any time – both upgrades and downgrades are possible, so you can always align your plan with your current needs.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s limits?
As soon as a limit – such as the maximum number of users – is reached, the owner will automatically be notified. You can then increase the limit by upgrading your plan.
Do all plans include customer support?
Yes, all subscriptions include customer support. On our dedicated support page, you’ll find comprehensive help for installation, setup, and using our products.
