DeepCloud’s AI boosts workflow efficiency, highlighting the power of automation in handling complex data for all types of organisations

DeepO 5 mio

We are pleased to announce that DeepO has reached a significant milestone, surpassing 5 million documents analysed by our AI-powered solution. This accomplishment highlights DeepO’s contribution to advancing digital transformation for both businesses and the public sector in Switzerland.

DeepO is the data capture AI, available in DeepBox or as a standalone solution, that automatically analyses and processes large document volumes, eliminating manual data entry. It has already supported a diverse range of businesses and organisations across Switzerland, such as the City of Rapperswil-Jona administration, which transformed its invoice management by automating 28’000 account payable documents, significantly enhancing efficiency, and BKW Building Solutions, which could save an estimated 10’000 working hours per year.

The Swiss AI market is experiencing steady growth, with estimates suggesting it will expand by 27.5% annually between 2024 and 2032, scoring a market value of CHF 6.4 billion by 2032 (source: IMARC Group). This expansion reflects the rapid adoption of AI technologies across key sectors like public administration, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services, which are leveraging AI to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

DeepO plays an important role in this evolving ecosystem, providing businesses with a reliable solution for document management, minimising human error, and streamlining workflows. As AI continues to gain traction, DeepO remains a key player, helping Swiss organisations take advantage of the opportunities that AI presents.

Looking ahead, we are committed to further enhancing DeepO’s capabilities as we continue to support the digital transformation of Swiss companies.
