Impuls Treuhand GmbH, a dynamic fiduciary firm based in Affoltern am Albis, near Zürich, supports SME and private tax clients through tailored accounting and financial services. Despite their forward-thinking approach, the firm faced challenges stemming from traditional document submission and manual processing workflows.

DeepBox served as a centralised, secure platform for document submissions. With its intuitive interface, clients could easily upload files, eliminating the inefficiencies of manual handling while also enabling real-time, secure document sharing between them and Impuls Treuhand. And with DeepO cognitive data capture AI fully integrated with DeepBox, Impuls Treud automated the extraction of critical information from the full range of client documents, including invoices and receipts.

For medium-sized clients, Impuls Treuhand took their DeepBox implementation one step further, creating individual boxes for each client to accelerate document processing efficiency. When clients input documents via upload or with a simple photo on their mobile app, data is extracted by DeepO and then seamlessly transferred and booked into their Abacus ERP system, in real-time.

The entire process – from uploading documents to data processing and file management – was streamlined, eliminating redundancies and improving efficiency for the firm and its clientele alike.
