Paper-based processes as a stumbling block

At Pfister Treuhand, audit reports had long been associated with a high level of manual effort. The documents had to be printed out, physically signed, copied, scanned, bound, archived and finally sent to customers by post. This paper-based process was not only time-consuming, but also prone to errors and inflexible.

In addition, the process was heavily dependent on the location of the signing employees. This repeatedly led to delays, especially when working externally or from home. Audit reports could not be completed in a timely manner, which unnecessarily slowed down the entire process.

Solution

Seamless integration of DeepSign into Revio

In order to simplify these processes in the long term, Pfister Treuhand decided to digitise the signature process with DeepSign and DeepID – directly integrated into the Revio specialist application.

Thanks to the integration, the signature flow is now largely automated. Audit reports are released digitally for signature and can be signed legally regardless of location. Paper, physical mail and manual post-processing are now a thing of the past.

Another advantage is that signed audit reports are available directly in Revio. They do not need to be stored or archived separately, which further simplifies the process and increases traceability. DeepID ensures that the identity of the signatories is verified clearly and reliably.
