Visita Treuhand AG, a fiduciary company located in Lenzburg with a history spanning over four decades, serves a diverse clientele of approximately 350 private individuals, SMEs, and larger corporations. Despite their longstanding expertise, they faced a significant challenge: the insecurity of email communication.  

A key element of fiduciary work is the sharing of confidential documents, such as annual reports and tax files. These critical files were often sent unencrypted via email, exposing them to potential interception or manipulation during transmission. While a select few clients employed their own encryption methods, the lack of a standardised secure communication platform presented an ongoing risk of data breaches.
