Säntis Schwebebahn AG employs around 220 people, 55 of whom work hourly across three locations with irregular schedules. For team leaders, this meant a significant amount of administrative work: documents had to be created, printed, distributed, signed, and filed again.

Manual processes, especially for timesheets, payslips, and HR documents, repeatedly caused delays. Supervisors had to adapt to different working hours when collecting and submitting paperwork, taking up valuable time that was needed for operational tasks.

Säntis Schwebebahn AG was introduced to DeepCloud through its IT partner All Consulting, which was already supporting the company with Abacus Payroll and Time Tracking (AbaClick). Together, they looked for a way to make HR-related administrative processes more efficient and secure.

With DeepMail and DeepSign, Säntis Schwebebahn AG found exactly the combination it needed:

The technical implementation was smooth and straightforward. Thanks to support from All Consulting, a test phase was completed before going live. Since May 2025, all timesheets and payslips have been sent digitally via DeepMail, and many HR documents are now signed in compliance with legal standards using DeepSign.
